We wanted to take a moment and introduce
you to Eric Floyd. He is a Mortgage Consultant with Residential
Mortgage Corporation in Largo. 85% of his business is
comprised of referrals from friends, family, and past clients.
Today's Mortgage market is filled with uncertainty and inexperience.
There are Lenders going out of business, Consultants with little or
no experience, and daily changes to the economy. These things have
created an overwhelming amount of confusion in the minds of
many. Residential Mortgage has been in business over 10 years.
Eric, as well as the people he works with are stable, reliable and
dependable. They also offer Free Homebuyers and Free Home
Equity seminars every 2nd Saturday of each month.(the next one is
