Rare Essence's new single, "Rock With RE" is gaining momentum from the streets to the record pools to radio. On the heels of MTV2's recent spotlight on Washington, DC's own contribution and innovations to the music industry, the new single blends a live percussion sample from an RE signature track with hip-hop lyrics and a hard rockin go-go groove.
