Go-Go History Tour Video Recap at Sandy Spring Museum

On August 11, 2019, the first stop of the TMOTTGoGo Regional Tour of Go-Go History took place at the Sandy Spring Museum, located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Hosted by Kato Hammond and Dr. Tahira Mahdi, and special guest speaker Go-Go Bouncey.

This interactive presentation opened the doors for go-go music lovers from MoCo to share their oral histories of the Go-Go experience for its famous digital archive, featuring Eddie Lynn, Steve Hackett, Jordan Rich, Sara Hudgins, and Jay Solis… all giving accounts of their experiences in the Go-Go circuit.

Consistent with TMOTTGoGo’s reputation as the most trusted source of information on Go-Go, this tour serves to present and collect oral histories of Go-Go from each location.
