RGIII is setting records on the field and now off the field.  He still has 3 months of sales to add to his current record setting total of number 10 Redskins jersey.   I’m not saying that he will win the rookie of  year award, but the public has spoken as Andrew Luck, the number one draft choice of  Indianapolis, is well down the list and Russell Wilson, the Seattle Seahawks QB did not even make the top ten  list. Big G Debuts As NFL Films Narrator

Anwan “Big G” Glover, of DC’s own Backyard Band, continues to make leaps in strides.  In his most recent chapter, the man also recognized by the world as Slim Charles from “The Wire” now also provides narration voice of the ESPN2 program “Hey Rookie: Welcome to the NFL”. The new season premiered on Tuesday, September 11 served as Big G’s debut as an NFL Films narrator. Redskin’s Jim Zorn Has Been Relinquished of His Play-Calling Duties

LANDOVER, Md. (AP) — The Washington Redskins are taking away head coach Jim Zorn’s play-calling duties. Zorn discussed the change with executive vice president of football operations Vinny Cerrato after Washington’s 14-6 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. The team plans to announce a new play caller Monday. According to Redskins spokesman Zack Bolno, Cerrato told Zorn he believes the coach had too many responsibilities and someone else should call the offensive plays. Zorn did not disagree with that assessment, Bolno said. The Redskins (2-4) have not scored more than 17 points in any game this season.
