Jamaal Alexis, 24, of Landover, Md., was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of Brown and other charges related to the murders of Bobby Ennels and Anthony Cash and the attempted murder of Frances Lammonse, authorities said. Jamaal Alexis, who is on trial, is accused of towing Raymond Brown’s Chrysler 300 sedan from Brown’s Mitchellville home Oct. 13, 2006, then fatally shooting Brown, 36, as he approached the tow truck.
