On Wednesday, June 2, 2010, a special part of the Washington DC culture shared an evening with the family of Anthony “Little Benny” Harley during a candle light gathering, sharing in music and words their love and heartfelt memories of the DC Icon.

During that evening, a proclimation was made by DC Mayor Adrian Fenty to make June 2 “Little Benny Day” in the Washington DC area.  As well, the funeral arrangements was noted and well be held at the Washington DC Convention Center on Friday, June 11 from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.
