Hey… here’s a lil somethin-somethin that many of you Go-Go bands might find interesting and right up your alley.  And it’s definitely a good opportunity for more exposure.

Each week, the Mashable.com blog website searches and chooses a particular popular song.  Next they find 10 of the best youtube video versions that cover song, and then corral them onto a video gallery, allowing people to vote on their favorite.

Since many consider a lot of the Go-Go bands today experts in the world of cover songs, we figure this may be a good avenue to spend a little bit of energy on.

And check it, next week’s Face-Off is for Rihanna’s “We Found Love,” so visit them and submit your version today.  The amount of views and reviews it has the possibility of generating can actually turn out to be a huge plus.

Gee, I wonder if they ran Jay-Z and Kanye’s “Otis” yet.
