Presenting a video and tune that somehow went under the radar, this clip showcases lyrical skills of 32 as he delivers.  Funny thing is… I have no idea who the hell the band playing the music is, and looking at the some of the scenery, I’m guessing the some of it was filmed at BayStreet.  So… why am I posting this joint?  Because regardless of who the band is, the joint Cranks like a mug and need to be pushed. The co-authors of the book, The Beat! Go-Go Music from Washington, DC (Charles Stephenson and Kip Lornell), lead a discussion and demonstration on the emergence of Go-Go music in Washington, DC. Other guests are Shuaib Mitchell, the director of Straight up Go-Go; choreographer/dancer Melvin Deal; and musicians 32 of Northeast Groovers and Go-Go Mickey of Rare Essence.
