As tens of thousands of people gathered in Washington DC to honor the memory and pledge to carry forward the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, a picture speaking volumes in so many ways captures Dr. Kings daughter, Bernice A. King, as she embraces the huge stone of her father.

Later she wrote:

“Very emotional moment for me! I pray for the day when we TRULY embrace the philosophy and teachings of my father and not just lip service! I miss you daddy!!!!”
