Be’la Dona Vocalist Wendy Mackall Fights Fires for a Living… Straight up!

The Gazette – Wendy Mackall, a career Montgomery County firefighter and lead singer for Be’la Dona band, in front of one of the fire trucks at the Kensington station where she works. Since becoming a county firefighter she said she’s become some-what famous as the “face of Montgomery County” Fire and Rescue Service. Her picture is plastered on recruiting and advertising material, found mainly on the side of the county’s Ride On buses.
