In a music culture that had produced many different personalities of artists who have etched their individual marks on the go-go scene, my guest today is one who stepped on the scene as a teenager, but who’s singing style impacted the culture and added a distinctive flavor to the point where many followed the blueprint… and residues of it still exists to this day.
