Several days ago we were following a lead and reported that one of DC’s all-time favorite radio jocks, Donnie Simpson, was set and scheduled to hit back on the radio airwaves with WHUR’s Quiet Storm beginning April.  Well… apparently we were the fools on this one, because that lead we followed turned out to be merely a rumor.  Based on a note that Donnie posted on his Facebook page, the record was set straight.

Although this started out as something that actually ‘syced’ the entire DMV area hearing such news, we at TMOTTGoGo truly apologize for following and reporting the rumor (see Donnie’s note below).
